Problem Solving - Testing Ideas equips professionals with a practical, repeatable approach to convert assumptions into validated decisions. Through a blend of conceptual frameworks, experimental design techniques, and hands-on analysis practices, participants will learn to reduce risk, accelerate learning, and make better-informed product or process choices. The course emphasizes testable hypotheses, measurable outcomes, and clear communication of results so teams can iterate with confidence.
1. Formulate clear, testable hypotheses from business or user assumptions.
2. Design low-cost experiments (prototypes, pilots, A/B tests) matched to hypothesis and risk level.
3. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative evidence to answer the hypothesis reliably.
4. Prioritize which ideas to test using impact, effort, and uncertainty criteria.
5. Prepare concise evidence summaries and recommended next steps for decision makers.
1. Product managers and product owners responsible for roadmap decisions.
2. UX designers and design researchers conducting user validation.
3. Business analysts and data analysts assessing business cases.
4. Innovation, R&D, or program leads working on early-stage concepts.
5. Operations or service managers running process improvements and pilots.

- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Lunch Break (If Applicable)
- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.
- 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM Self-Study & Reflection
Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
